A group of friends from Pakistan, including Hamza Riaz, Nauman Afzal, Muhammad Shahzaib Khalid, Lazib Aslam, and Wasif Afzal Khan (Right to Left respectively), were doing their ecommerce business since 2019. They felt the need to centralize transportation, inspection, and global shipment processes under one roof, leading to the creation of Expert Franco Space (EFS) with Hamza suggesting the company name.
In 2022, EFS expanded its operations by partnering with DHL and transitioning from third-party logistics (3PL) services, which were previously used for all shipments. This strategic move helped establish the foundations for the company's growth and enhanced logistics capabilities. During this time, Hamza had developed a self-sustained system for the company and later left to establish his freelancing agency. Ultimately Nauman stepped in to manage the company after Hamza's departure.
EFS expanded its partnerships to include shipping giants such as DHL, FedEx, Skynet, and UPS, leveraging their strengths for business improvement. Until this point, the company provided services exclusively in Pakistan for worldwide shipments.
EFS achieved a partnership deed with global shipping giant Maersk to handle bulk shipments globally. This significant milestone led to a rebranding, and the company became EFS Globex, marking its expansion into global services.
